What is RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber?
1) RTV2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber is a two component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber. Two parts of compounds have crosslinking reaction under the presence of catalyst to form a flexible elastomer.

2) RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber can be mainly used for various molds making, it is widely used in unsaturated resin, epoxy resin, polyurethanes decorations and crafts mold duplication and for furniture imitating ancient style, ceramics, artistic candle, artificial status, duplication of cultural relics, artificial imitation of natural stone, shoe mold, lighting arts, etc.

3) RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber has good high temperature resistance, excellent tensile strength and tear strength, low shrinkage and not easy to deform, etc.

RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber is mianly used for replication of products in various materials, plaster, wax, reconstituted stone, various resins(epoxy, acrylic, polyester), mortar, silicone elastomer, etc such as:

1. RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber are packed in 200 kg, 25kg per drum, and the curing agent/catalyst/hardener is packed in 1kg per plastic bottle. We offer 25kg packing with vacuumed packing
2. RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber should be sealed and deposited in a shade, dry place to prevent rain, sunlight exposure.
3. Shelf Life of RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber is 10 to 12 months. If the viscosity increases, stir the rubber uniformly before use, and property unchanged.
4. RTV-2 room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber are non dangerous goods, but please avoid skin and eyes contacting with the curing agent in processing. Once exposed, immediately wash with certain detergent and water.
