Operating Instructions:

Open/Off: Press the function key for two seconds separately.
Function Keys: View all the data and mode switch when walking, running, striding, working and sleeping at any time.
Charging: Open USB dustproof, connecting wristband data cabal and computer USB charger. The charging sigh will be showed on the wristband screen.

Notes:
Sporting Mode: Identify the walking and running automatically.
Bluetooth Mode: The wristband data can be uploaded APP to store and analyze.
Sedentary Remind: In addition to sleeping mode and Bluetooth mode, the wristband can remind the user to exercise by shaking every hour(can be set in the PC client). If the user does not wear the wristband, it will close automatically in two hours to save the electricity.
