Advantages of G Pro:
1. The quality of vapor this unit produces leaves more to be desired - it has a bit of a burnt popcorn taste, especially at the higher temps (Green and Blue).

2. The top end of the G PRO Herbal Vaporizer (near the mouthpiece) runs quite hot - moving the heating element further down is worth considering.

3. Stainless steel and plastic are not best ideal materials for a vapor path in my opinion - I always prefer to see an inert surface like glass and/or ceramic.

4. It could be difficult for older consumers (especially those with arthritis) to detach the mouthpiece. I had trouble doing so myself at first.

5. A faster heat-up time would be ideal - 60-90 seconds is a long time to expect patients with panic attacks, for instance, to wait for their medication. Offering the G PRO Herbal Vaporizer in different colors would allow for more personalization.

Warranty
1. Warranty period
A. 3 Months for all e cigarettes vaporizers.
B. 6 Months for all e cigarettes batteries.

2. Solution
A. When customers receive the products and find any product defects or problems, they are supposed to imform Novel immediately to make sure it'll not exceed warranty period.

B. If the defect ratio is under 2%, it's a normal defect ratio. Customers are supposed to provide pictures, text, and even video to show Novel's customer service staff the problem.
And replacements will be sent to customers in the next order.

C. If the defect ratio is over 2% or the problem is serious, it's an abnormal defect ratio. Customers are supposed to provide pictures, text, and videos to show Novel the problems.

And those defected products are supposed to send back to Novel for repair. If the repaired products are still not up to the standard, customers have the right to claim a refund.
