6)Bags are rigid, puncture resistant, and leak resistant and tamper proof. Bins shall be slightly tapered from bottom to top to allow for easy release of contents.
7)Bags; Material shall be polyethylene (LLPD), or of a material of equal or greater durability. The bags are stable when standing and have a smooth inside for easy cleaning. The red and yellow 25 liter bag are peddled, the peddle must be large and fit an adult foot and the opening and closing mechanism must be study. The lid should also be easily opened or removable in order to make it easy for liners to be put in and removed.
