About the mouse:

1: You should turn back the item and find the battery space, please take off the cover, and put two batteries(1.5V AAA) in it. The mouse will light on, and your computer catch the signals from the usb then you can use the mouse smoothly on the other hand, and maybe it will appear nothing. At this time, please do not worry. Check the port on your computer, maybe it is loose, not fit for the usb, please kindly change for another port on your computer it will make sense.
