Multi-Functional Automatic Wafer Stick Machine

Processing -

Batter mixing: Batter is made of water, wheat flower and sugar (40~70%) plus some minor ingredients.
Depositing: After mixing, batter will be poured into a revolved heating bake-ring.
Baking: Butter will be baked there to flexible wafer band.
Winding: The wafer band will be wound around a mandrel to form a hard and brittle stick before sugaring.
Cutting: Then the long wafer stick will be cut evenly into stipulated length.
Discharging: The finished sticks will be discharged via a chute to next processing or packaging.
