Shipping Terms:

1. Products are shipped via EMS. DHL. UPS. FedEx, TNT and HK air mail etc
2.2~5days delivery upon receiving payment if the quantity is lower than 1000PCS.
3. For customized Products, it will be 7-10 days after confirming the sample.
4. In order to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we declare lower value.
5. Shipping via EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT express usually takes 3~7days dependent on the destination country.

Warranty
1. We offer the best products with best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care before they are shipped out to you, so we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them, or refund the money to you.
2. If in case there is any defect for the electronic parts of the products within 180 days of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the parts for you or fix the problem for you, but no including the other consumed parts, such as the Cartridges, E-Liquid etc.
3. There are two kinds of guarantee methods:
