Description:
The welding manipulator(Welding column and boom) is used for flat welding, butt welding seam and internal and external longitudinal welding seam of cylindrical body and it can be fitted with roller stand for welding seam of internal and external circular welding seam. If it is fitted with positioner, different type of body can be made for different places of welding.Main body box type welding structure is treating by stress after welding and fine machining shall be made. The guide surface adopts precision grinding processing or ensure the sophistication and smooth running.
Applications:
Welding Manipulator is used in cylinder welding ,such as Marine,Oil&Gas ; Offshore,Petro Chemical ; Plate Heat Exchanger ; Charged air cooler ; Pressure Vessel ; Boiler ; Pipe system&Steel works etc.With welding rotator,welding positioner ,it could made up of welding center.
