Our modern water jet cutting facilities offer virtually any shape required, this process brings accurate and cost effective cutting over a wide range of material thicknesses. Other advantages include no heat-affected zones and tension free processing due to minimum cutting force, reducing the need for secondary finishing. This process enables materials to be cut cleanly to close tolerances, squarely and with a good edge finish.

Our screens are manufactured using stainless steel offering a long durable life, other alloy materials are also available. Our screens are designed to stand up to the weather and heavy pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Screens are available in various finishes including matt pickled and passivated, polished, bead blasted and anodising in several colours.

Our screens may be fixed in many different ways dependent upon the substructure, and we offer framing drilled for bolting, fixing plates, lugs and spigots. We also offer other associated fabricated parts such as posts and solid infill panels.

We offer full mechanical calculations to support our selected screen structure, ensuring clients loading requirements and unsupported spans are fully considered.
