1.The voltage of ego v v2 mega range from 3.0v - 6.0v. The Twist only goes to a maximum voltage of 4.8v.

2.Ego v v2 mega with LCD display to indicate voltage seting in 0.1v increment,and battery charge level indication graphic.Much more precise voltage indication than the twist and with the twist you have no idea what the charge level is on the battery.

3.Ego v v2 mega with passthrough charging. but with the Twist you can\'t use the battery while it\'s charging.
