1. RTV liquid GRC/GRG/GFRC moulding silicone rubber-- application:

RTV liquid GRC/GRG/GFRC moulding silicone rubber is suitable for product replication and duplication and molds manufacture such as

1) garden stone sculptures mold making
2) decoration, plate engrave mold making
3) cornice column pilaster corbels pavallions  moulding,  gypsun false ceiling moulding.

4) glassfiber reinforced cement casting and moulding

5) applicable for large statue Buddha, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold

6) artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on.

4. The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicone products are listed as follows:

1). Adding curing agent 1%, the silicone mold material remains operated within 2.5 hours and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours.

2). Adding curing agent 2%, the silicone mold material remains operated within 50 minutes to 1 hour and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours.

3). Adding curing agent 3%, the silicone mold material remains operated within 28 - 30 minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.

4). Adding curing agent 4%, the silicone mold material remains operated within 10 - 15 minutes and can be demoulded after 1 -1.5 hours.

5. RTV liquid GRC/GRG/GFRC moulding silicone rubber -- Packaging,storage and transportation

1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .

2. Please keep the material in a cool and dry place. Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid. Otherwise, the catalyst will be poisoned, then the silicone can not be cured or just particially cured. For specific precautions, please refer to the instructions in Electronic Potting Silicone part.
