Usages of rtv silicon

rtv silicon is intended for  concrete product,  resin product mold making;

rtv silicon is used for craftwork, candle, plastic toy mold making;

rtv silicon is used for  relieve furniture, architectual mold making

rtv silicon is used for furniture decoration, sculpture mold making and so on.
 

Features of rtv silicon

1. rtv silicon:flowable liquid silicone rubber and curing agent.

2. rtv silicon cured at room temperature within 2-4 hours.

3. rtv silicon with exceptional fluidity and good operability, easy to demold.

4. rtv silicon with good tensile and tear strength, low shrinkage. 

5. rtv silicon with high duplication times.
 

Operations of rtv silicon

If customers want to make large products and large size moulds, the mould should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicone with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If mould requiring fast drying and demould, more curing is needed.
