1.Application

RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting,medical grade mainly applys to making sex toys , bra, mask ect, and also can be make nipples, glass, and other kinds of molds.

2.Features

RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting,medical grade can be used for a long period and maintain softness and elasticity within a temperature range of -65°C ~ 200°C with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof, ozone and climate resistance, non-corrosiveness, physical inertia, non-toxic, odourless, low linear shrinkage, easy operation, etc

3.Advantage

Supplied as two component kits, with a base and a catalyst,  Room Temperature Vulcanising (RTV) silicone rubber compounds are ready to mix. You can use RTV silicone rubber for:

a.make molds or impressions from an item, or make the actual products.

b. Different hardnesses are available. This can vary from soft and floppy for Special Effects purposes, to firm casting silicone for patternmakers, as well as high temperature silicone for casting metal alloys.

c. addition cured silicones, skin safe silicone for life casting and body casting impressions, as well as other fast moldmaking requirements.

7.Notice

1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .

2. Please keep the material in a cool and dry place. Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid. Otherwise, the catalyst will be poisoned, then the silicone can not be cured or just particially cured. For specific precautions, please refer to the instructions in Electronic Potting Silicone part.
3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
