Q: Is this system can charge with AC ?What about solar panel?

A: Yes, there is a AC charge port design, and the controller design support this function.

     Also this system can support solar charge together.

Q: Is this system can support  TV work?

A: No, this system power can not support a TV work.

Q: Is this system can support the 220V led light work?

A:No, this system can only support 6v/12v led light.

Q: We don\'t have AC totally, can I cancel the AC charge function?

A: Yes, you can cancel the AC function, we can design another controller for you.

    but we use the same box, so there will be a AC port leave.

Q: How many hours can fully charge the system with 10w solar panel?What about the 6w solar panel?

A: 4hrs can fully charge with 10w solar panel, 7hrs can fully charge with 6w solar panel.

Q: May i have a free sample?

A: Sample can show the sincerity of business. The sample fee will adjust to yr payment for bulk order

Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: Generally, we do 30% deposit by T/T within 3 days after contract to confirm the order, 70% balance by T/T after inspection, LC at sight and other payment terms can be negotiated.

Q: How about the warranty?

A: Warranty period depend on battery type-technical shortcoming in whole product. Pls consult our sales for more details about the lifespan of battery.
