A: The product can be charged and discharged 4000 times.

A: We offer professional OEM/ODM service. You can choose from the base product, or pay for the mold to make exclusive design with unique body, color, led, battery and function,.

Q: May i have a better battery?

A: Upek uses new tech LiFePO4 battery, which can charge and discharge for more than 4000 cycles, and support quick charge.

Q: May i have a free sample?

A: Sample can show the sincerity of business. The sample fee will adjust to your payment for bulk order.

Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: Generally, we do 30% deposit by T/T within 3 days after contract to confirm the order, 70% balance by T/T after inspection, LC at sight and other payment terms can be negotiated.

Q: How about the warranty?

A: Warranty period depend on battery type and technical facts in whole product. Pls consult our sales for more details about the lifespan of battery.
