Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A1:  For the lamps, we have at least 2 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period , we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
 
Q2:  What is colour temperature?
A2: Newshine\'s LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in  Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer  the light given by the LED:
 
·                  Warm white = 2800K-3300K
·                  Natural white = 4000K-4500K
·                  Pure white = 6000K-6500K
·                  Cool white = 7000K-8000K
 
Q3:: What is CRI? 
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is mostly 75-80Ra, and 80Ra with higher cost.But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients, please note.
 
Q4：How many series of led tube do you specialize?
A4:Three series mainly.T5 series,T8 series,T10 series.
 
Q5：How about your t8 led tube structures?
A5:Integration and non-integration led tube.Integration means led tube with aluminium holder.Non-integartion is contrary about that.
 
Q6：what is t8 meaning?
A6：T stand for led tube diameter.8 T means 1 inch,1inch equal to 25.4millimeter.
 
Q7：what is defference between isolated drievr or non-isolated driver? 
A7：Isolated driver is safer than non isolated driver.But its shortcomings are lower power factor,higher cost,bigger volume.The non isolated driver is contrary to that.
 
Q8:Why is isolated driver more expensive than non isolated driver   
A8:Transfermer plays an important role in isolated driver.It can transfer higher input voltage  to lower output voltage.People can not get an electric shock when install led tube. Transfermer cost a lot.So isolated driver is more expensive.No transfermer inside driver ,that is non-isolated driver .
 
Q9:what certificates your led tube pass?
 A9:CE,ROHS,FCC.If clients need other certificates , I can help u apply these certificates to our boss if your order is big enough .
