1 ) Fitting with starter, inductive (magnetic) 20W T5 LED tube lighting
A.Remove the starter from the fitting
B. Plug the T5 LED tube into the fitting directly, it would be better to remove both starter and ballast
2) Fitting with electrical ballast
A.Remove the electrical ballast from the fitting
B. Connect the anode & cathode directly
