1.0 Introduction

The DVI Repeater extends the length of any DVI cable by regenerating the DVI signal before it sends the outputs to the DVI monitor or projector. The DVI Repeater will clean out the digital noise (sparkles) in your picture. The input of the DVI repeater is connected with a long DVI (male to male) cable from the DVI device like DVD player or Satellite set top box with a DVI output port. The DVI repeater output is connected to a second DVI (male to male) cable to go from the output to any DVI display or projector with a DVI connector. The box is placed near the display to remove any noise that has been generated by a long DVI cable.
