New Sunshine Manufacturing Co., Ltd guarantee that all of the LED lights being sold are QC passed, and reached the standard for shipment for 2 years guaranty. Specific warranty as follows:
Under normal use, lamp is verified to be the quality problem by NS or the third-party testing authority, NS will offer exchange service within six months from Date Code, beyond six months NS will offer free repair service in the guaranty time. Shipping freight caused by the warranty process will be born by the shipper. NS will charge for the parts and shipping freight for maintenance service beyond guaranty. The production date is subject to the Date Code on the products.

The following situation is beyond service for free:
1.The products have been beyond warranty.
2.Damage created by disassembly, service, refit without New Sunshine\'s authorization.
3.Breakdown caused by installation or operation without following the specification.
4.Breakdown caused by move or fall, water seepage, or scoring.
5.Damage created by the irresistible force factor, such as fire, earthquake, thunder and lightning. etc.
6 It’s the normal phenomenon that one or two lamps have 0.1%-0.2% LED chips burned up, such lamps will not be including in the range of repair or exchange.

Delivery:
 1.Production Lead Time: 3-5 business days for samples, and 7-10 business days for large quantity after receipt of payment.
 2.Private labeling, colorful package and distributorship are often under discussion. Our aim is to meet your requirements.
