Odorless Silicone Curing Agent C-16

C-16 is a kind of peroxide system curing agent, the cured silicone by this agent are characterized non-toxic, no bad smell, and good anti-yellowing. Widely applied to high quality required and food grade silicone products. Silicone raw material should be cured at high temperature(170℃).

Note: This agent is an inflammable and volatile liquid, Please watch out during work time.

Component:

1.Anti-Yellowing Agent 2.peroxide 3.polysiloxane

Physical Properties (Tested by KE-951U Gel)

Method of Application:

Curing Temperature 180℃

Application ratio: 1.5-2.5%

This agent must be add by many time with a small quantity. If not, fewer electrostatic spark and over heat from barrel will cause material burning during the mixing time, The fire can be put out by foam extinguisher.

Notes:

1. Avoid to contact with rust, heavy metal compound, metal salt, drying agent etc.

2. High vapour pressure agent easy to volatilize. Please sealed stored on free time.

3. The mixed silicone should be used up within 12 hours. If not, the curing time will be longer than before.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Keep in dark and ventilate place,away from light and fire. Storage for 6months below 25℃ without open.
