CL-T10, one component, a kind of release agent add in raw material for high temperature cured silicone rubber and fluorinated silicone rubber.It`s easy to disperse and release the silicone rubber from the mold. A small quantity of release agent, large increasing production with high quality.

Application:
Be exclusively used in silicone keypad, silicone sheet shape products, silicone wire and other various shape of silicone rubber products manufacturing.

1.High polymer siloxane carrier,
2.Composite lubricant,

Appearance: White pasty
Specific Gravity(25℃):1.35
Application Ratio(M-PUR):0.2-0.5%
Matters Need Attention:
1. The using ratio can not be exceed 0.2% in the second process if the silicone rubber need to printing or coating ink on the surface, more additives will effect the adhesion of silicone ink.
2. Avoid eye contact
3. Please stored in ventilated place at below 40℃ and far away from heat and open flame.
4. Please keep sealing when not in use.
