                                                               Liquid Silicone Tackifier CL-24S-3
CL-24S-3 one component, clear liquid, single coating and easy to use. Characterized by water resistance, salt spray resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and resistance for other severe rugged environment.

Also can be cured at room temperature, matched with KN-300 as the tackifier for metal(Al, Cu, Fe, SUS), plastic (PVC, PC ,ABS), ceramics, glass and so on. 
Application:
Suit for addition type of Vinyl Polysiloxane or Additional Liquid Silicone Rubber stick with Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, Copper, Nickle, Zinc plated, PA(Nylon), PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), Bakelite, PC(Polycarbonate),organic glass and other hard plastic materials at high temperature.

Usage ( Process one: High temperature curing)
1. Cleaning: cleaning surface with griding and degreasing or cleaned by solvent.
2. Gluing method: Brushing, dipping or spraying 
3. Curing: Cured at room temperature for 30 minutes or baking at 90℃ for 5-15 minutes.
4. Activating Life: The process should better finished with one day after tackifier cured, if avoid to pollution, high temperature wet air contact, 5 days is max activating life.
5. Vulcanizing: Put the unvulcanized silicone rubber into the mold base material.

Note: The bonding effect will be better if brushed again with tackifier when bonding with organic glass material.
Usage ( Process two: Room temperature curing)
1. Cleaning: Cleaning surface with absolute ethyl alcohol,120# gasoline, toluene.
2. Surface treatment: Daubing CL-24S-3 on the base material surface uniformity by once.
Note: Daubing again will cause bad bonding effects.
3. Curing: Cured at room temperature for 30 minutes or baking at 90℃ for 5-15 minutes.
4. Gluing: Gluing thickness≤5mm, and then pressing less than 2 hours. The bonding adhesion will come to the best

Note:
1. Stored at a cool and dry place, away from the heat and open flame..
2. Solvent easy to volatilize, please fasten down the cover after using.
3. Working place should be fireproofing and ventilating, avoid long time inhalation and skin contact.
Storage: Stored at 25℃ for 8months with out open.
